Omni Rollers for Omni Directional Vehicles

Vetex Omni-Directional Vehicles

As shown in the video, these polymer-lined roller wheel assemblies require excellent adhesion to the metal hub because of the lateral torque, which occurs during operation.

PriPro developed a particular X-Link® polymer material for this application which has proven to deliver the best adhesion. This formulation requires three times more force to separate it from the metal hub compared to conventional casted parts.

PriPro's patented Cross Link technology also provides superior abrasion and solvent resistance.

PriPro developed a particular X-Link® polymer material for advanced technologies applications which has proven to deliver the best results across multiple platforms. Pripro's technology is used in aerospace advanced scanning such as the Vetex Mobility platform shown below.

Using our technology, these wheels, which are used for different robotic platforms, provide the best all-around performance.

Vetex remotely operated Omni-Directional Mobility Platforms.

Areva announced that they have completed validation of a new cavitation peening process for Nuclear Reactor asset management, that utilizes specialized tools mounted on Vetex remotely operated Omni-Directional Mobility Platforms. Vetex has provided Areva with three such units over the last several months and all three have been utilized in the validation and in operator training. Now they will be put to work.
